How information is handled

Little Learner Hub may collect account details, support messages, billing status, saved resources, child profile details, observations, AI prompts, AI-generated content, and generated documents needed to operate the platform.

Information should be used only for providing childcare resource tools, account access, support, billing, and product improvement. Payment details should be processed through Stripe and not stored directly inside Little Learner Hub.

We may also use cookies and advertising analytics tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related conversions measurement, to understand website visits, account registrations, trial starts, and paid subscriptions, and to measure the effectiveness of ads. These tools may set cookies such as _fbp / _fbc and process limited device and interaction data. You can learn more in Meta’s advertising settings, and you can contact us if you have privacy questions.

Terms of Service

Provider responsibility

Resources, AI outputs, forms, and policy drafts are templates for childcare providers to review and adapt. Providers are responsible for checking state licensing rules, program policies, family agreements, and professional requirements before use.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not specific to a provider's state or program. Providers must review, edit, and approve all AI-generated content before sharing it with families or using it for business records.

Copyright

Lesson plans, activities, printables, curriculum materials, graphics, and other content on Little Learner Hub are protected intellectual property. Members receive a limited, personal license to use content for their own childcare program. Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, public redistribution, or commercial reuse outside the member's program is prohibited.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Users may cancel a subscription from the billing area. Cancellation returns the account to Free limits after the active subscription period.

Refund requests can be submitted through support at little.learners.hub.customer@gmail.com and should include the account email and billing concern.

Child Data and Privacy Note

Use minimum necessary information

Child profiles, observations, support plans, attendance, meals, and portfolios may include sensitive child information. Providers should enter only what is needed, follow family consent requirements, and protect exported records.

Are the lesson plans editable?

Yes. You can customize a plan before saving or printing it. Add, remove, or change activities, materials, books, learning goals, notes, and other sections to fit your children and program. Your edits create your own version and do not change the original plan for anyone else.

Can I print the lesson plans after editing them?

Yes. Your customized version can be printed or saved as a PDF with your changes included. Empty sections and website controls should not appear in the printed version.

Are these just generic themed lesson plans?

No. The library includes play-based activities, learning objectives, materials, books, songs, observation ideas, extensions, and experiences across different learning areas. Some plans are organized by familiar themes, and the library is also expanding to include child-interest and observation-based planning.

Can I request a lesson plan that is not already available?

Yes. Members can message directly through the website and explain the age group, topic, interest, learning areas, curriculum approach, or specific sections they need. Requested plans can then be created and published to the library. Most complete requests are created within one week, depending on complexity and request volume.

Can you create interest-based plans instead of only themes?

Yes. Providers can request plans based on what children are currently exploring, such as ramps, babies, building, pouring, nature collecting, animals, or dramatic play. The plan can extend that interest across literacy, math, science, art, sensory play, movement, and social-emotional learning.

Do the plans meet my state licensing requirements?

Requirements vary by state, program, and curriculum approach. The plans include many commonly documented areas, but providers are responsible for checking and adapting them to their own licensing, accreditation, curriculum, and program requirements.

Are the plans individualized for each child?

The published plans are starting points for the group, not automatically individualized plans. Providers can edit them based on each child’s development, interests, culture, abilities, family input, and support needs.

How is this different from Pinterest, AI, books, or free websites?

Little Learner Hub brings organized, ready-to-use plans into one place instead of making providers search, compare, rewrite, and format ideas themselves. Plans are editable, printable, organized by age, and supported by direct provider requests.

Does the website automatically build my weekly calendar?

You can add lesson plans to your calendar for a chosen week and then customize days, notes, and events. Complete auto-generated weeks are not the current experience — sample calendars and more automated weekly planning are planned features.

Can I use the plans for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers?

Yes. Content is organized by age group, and providers should still adjust activities based on the specific children’s development and abilities.

Can I use a plan with mixed-age children?

Yes, but it may need modifications. Providers can edit activities, simplify or extend experiences, and add separate expectations for younger and older children.

Are new plans added regularly?

Yes. New plans and activities are added weekly, including plans based on provider requests.

Can I save my own customized version?

Yes. Customized plans are saved to your account so you can reopen them, continue editing, add them to the calendar, and print them later.

Will my edits affect the original lesson plan?

No. Editing creates a personal copy. The original published plan remains unchanged.

Can other users see my customized plans?

No. Personal edits and saved copies remain private unless a future sharing option is intentionally added.

Is Little Learner Hub a complete curriculum?

Little Learner Hub provides lesson plans, activities, planning tools, and curriculum resources that programs can adapt to their own approach. It does not replace state requirements, program policies, or educator judgment.

What happens if I cannot find the exact plan I need?

Search by age group or topic, or message through the website with the exact request. Include the age, interest or topic, learning goals, required sections, and deadline so the plan can be built correctly.

What is included in the free account versus the paid membership?

Free includes 10 complete starter lesson plans (3 Infant, 3 Toddler, 4 Preschool)—no credit card required. Free members can print and download those 10 starter plans, browse titles and previews across the complete library, and use About 30 days of calendar planning, Up to 20 favorites, up to 5 Child Profiles, and starter AI Documentation Helper limits. Pro at $19.99/month (or $199/year) unlocks hundreds of lesson plans, thousands of activities, unlimited curriculum printing and downloads, curriculum calendar planning, higher documentation limits, classroom customization and saved copies, and new content added regularly based on provider feedback.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues through the end of your current billing period (or trial), and no further subscription charges are made after that date. Your account and saved information remain available; after paid access ends, library and printing limits return to Free plan rules.

What is included with a Pro trial?

Your 7-day Pro trial includes full browsing of the Pro curriculum library and up to 3 premium curriculum prints or downloads. A credit card is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the 7 days — right after the trial ends, Stripe charges Pro Monthly ($19.99/month) unless you cancel first. Your own records, notes, calendars, and documents are never limited by this trial allowance.

What is included in the Pro Plan?

Pro includes the complete lesson-plan and activity libraries, new content added weekly, and unlimited curriculum printing and downloads for $19.99/month, plus child management features and 250 document creations per month.

Can I request a lesson plan, activity, or feature?

Yes. If you can’t find the lesson plan, activity, or feature you need, you can request it directly from inside Little Learner Hub. New content and improvements are added regularly based on provider feedback.

Do I need to enter payment information for the Free Plan?

No. The Free Plan is available without a paid subscription and without a credit card.

What ages are supported?

Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers — content is organized by age group.

What Documentation Helpers are included?

Observation Helper, Lesson Plan Helper, Daily Report Helper, Parent Newsletter Helper, Parent Handbook Helper, and Contract Helper.
